v0.2 caveats · thumbnails are scaled iframes for HTML; non-HTML kinds (PDF, MD, PNG, etc.) render natively in the iframe when the browser supports it. Intent + execution summaries are placeholders (v0.5 wires the AI). Iframes only render when the launcher is running; under file:// they may be empty.
EOP-DEPLOY-001 · the bundle is now all-kinds, not HTML-only. rel_path is files/<original-path> — same path resolves over the wire and locally next to index.html.
